Since 2006, Elite Integrated Therapy Centers has provided Physical Therapy services to Greenville, Anderson, and their surrounding communities. Keeping consistent with our tagline “We’ve Got you Covered”, we’ve done just that by opening clinics across the Upstate of South Carolina and in the Fort Mill area, as well as expanding our services to include Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Home Visits.
In February 2021, we are excited to announce the opening of our 12th location in the Prisma Health Family YMCA in Simpsonville. Joining us at this location is Tracy Wilde PT, OCS. A skilled clinician with 30+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience, Tracy treats a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, from spine to post-operative to athletic injuries. Having experienced ACL reconstruction surgery firsthand, she has a unique perspective into patients’ recovery and rehabilitation journeys. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from UNC Chapel Hill in 1988, Tracy relocated to Upstate SC where she has diligently served her community in and out of the clinic. She is a board member of the Prisma Health Family YMCA, an active member and volunteer at First Baptist of Simpsonville, and an avid Tarheel fan!
We are now accepting new physical therapy patients for this location, making our services available to YMCA members as well as outside guests. We look forward to continuing to serve our local communities!
