Adult Performance:
Train like an athlete! This class is perfect for adults who want to train hard and to increase their overall fitness levels. Specifically, this class focuses on functional movements, strength training, and high intensity training to help build total body strength and endurance. It will also concentrate on teaching correct movement patterns and incorporating injury prevention exercises so that you can be as safe and injury-free as possible. This class is perfect for ages 16 years and up and can be geared to all fitness levels.
Youth Development (7-10 Years):
Our youth development class is perfect for encouraging physical activity in a fun environment while teaching proper movement patterns through bodyweight training. We will focus on increasing strength, speed, agility, and balance that can be translated to help any sport. This class is for kids between the ages of 7-10 years.
Athlete Development (11-14 Years) :
11-14 years of age is a crucial time in an athlete’s development. Our Athlete Development class aims to improve technical skills while increasing strength, power, and speed. We will focus on improving movement patterns, decreasing risk for injury, while enhancing performance.
Athlete Strength & Conditioning:
Strength and conditioning is a vital part of an athlete being bigger, faster, and stronger! Get ahead of the competition through our Athlete Strength and Conditioning class! This class focuses on enhancing overall athletic performance by increasing strength, power, explosiveness, and cores stability. It also aims to decrease the risk for injury by improving functional movement patterns and incorporating injury prevention exercises. This class is perfect for all athletes between the ages of 15-18 years old.
Bootcamp:
Looking for a class to get your heart rate up and make you sweat?! This is the perfect class for you! Our boot camp focuses on high intensity interval training (HIIT) to help increase total body strength and endurance while aiding in weight loss. It is perfect for ages 16 years and up and can be geared for all fitness levels.
Our Semi-Private Training is great for clients who love working out with other people for motivation, accountability, and a sense for community, but still want an individualized approach towards their specific goals. This is great for a small group of athletes who want a sport specific focus, or for a small group of individuals training towards the same goal. Training accommodates 2-4 individuals per 1-hour training session.
Personal Training takes an individual approach towards the client’s fitness goals and is based on their health/fitness assessment. These are 1-hour training sessions one on one with a personal trainer. Personal training is great for individuals who are looking for:
- Post-Rehabilitation Training: Individuals who have finished physical therapy, or insurance stopped coving physical therapy, and they are not where they want/need to be.
- General Fitness: Great for individuals who want a personalized approach to fitness. Individuals who want to work toward a specific goal including weight loss, increased strength, increased muscle tone, increase muscle endurance, or increase overall health (weight management, blood pressure, cholesterol)
- Sports Performance: An individualized approach to increase strength, power, and speed/agility. Personalized injury prevention incorporated into training sessions. Sport and position specific.
Private team training packages are available for all sports, ages, and skill levels. This team training program is tailored to meet the specific needs of athletes based on sport, age, skill level, and performance goals. Team training is a great way for athletes to get an edge on the competition by increasing sport performance levels, decreasing risk for injury, and building team camaraderie. Focuses on:
- Strength and Conditioning: Sport-specific team training is geared to increase/enhance strength, power, functional movement, injury prevention, and lifting mechanics.
- Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training: Sport-specific team training geared to increase/enhance linear and lateral speed, agility, change of direction, and injury prevention.
