Job Duties of a Patient Services Representative:
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for services anticipating being rendered.
- Monitor usage of benefits and supply support team with information to communicate to patients.
- Process and manage authorizations, and other administrative documentation.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve or escalate concerns related to services, billing, or general information.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient flow.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
Pay: Beginning rates start at $15.00 an hour with Bonus Potential
