Workout Program
Elite Performance is a unique program designed for those who want to push themselves beyond their limitations & take their physical fitness to the next level. Through high-intensity training, we teach proper movement patterns in a fun and safe environment with exercises tailored to your goals.
Our workouts may include barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells along with other strengthening and cardio equipment. As a new client, you will undergo a movement assessment to identify weakness, stiffness, or any movement dysfunctions. Our coaches use this information to provide modifications to your workout that make the experience safer and more effective.
With our collaboration with onsite medical professionals, the Elite Performance program is great for those who have recently recovered from orthopedic conditions and injury. If you are post-surgery or post-therapy, our facility can offer support and direction to make the most of your recovery. No matter your background or fitness goals, we can customize a program that meets your needs.

SafeFit Training
SafeFit is our high-intensity strength training class designed for those who want to workout in a challenging and supportive environment. This program prepares your body to perform a variety of movements through mobility exercises and proper activation.
