Return to Sport Therapy
Our Injury Prevention/Return to Sport program is broken down into two main categories (upper and Lower Extremity) and is designed to help athletes confidently/successfully return to sport by focusing on their upper or lower extremity deficits, improving their movement patterns, and increasing their sports performance. It includes 1 hour sessions 2x/week for 8 weeks.
It’s great for clients who have returned back to basic function after physical therapy and/or insurance is no longer covering physical therapy, but the athlete is still not ready to return back to sport, or for clients who are at a high risk of injury.

Upper Extremity
Our upper extremity program is great for the Overhead Athlete including baseball, volleyball, swimming, or any athlete with an elbow and shoulder injury. If focuses on proper shoulder, elbow, and scapular strengthening, as well as proper throwing/hitting mechanics, core stability, and lower body power/strength. This program is great for athlete’s recovering from and injury or preparing for season.
Lower Extremity
Our lower extremity program is great for power athletes and athletes recovering from ACL, MCL, or any other lower extremity injury. It focuses on teaching proper jumping, landing, and lifting mechanics, as well as increasing lower extremity and core strength, enhancing change of direct/agility training.
