Since 2014, Elite Integrated Therapy Centers has been a proud supporter of food banks in the communities we serve. Over the years, we’ve raised and donated over 100,000 lbs of food to these beneficiaries! We’re inviting you to join us this year, give back to your community, and make an impact with your donation.

How to participate:
Stop by any of our locations and pick up a donation card. In order to “complete” your card, you must fill out at least 5 spaces vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. Once you’ve dropped your donation at one of our clinics, an ELITE team member will stamp your board for you when you bring in your donations. As a thank you for participating, you will receive an ELITE tote when you bring in your first completed card. As an added bonus, your donation card enters you for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card. The winner will be announced at the end of the drive.
